Aging and Disability Resource Center
Ability to work in a team environment in a call center operating 8-5 Monday to Friday specializing in information, referral and assistance for older adults, persons with disabilities and their families and caregivers. Most consultations are by phone, but will also see people by appointments. The ADRC is the gateway to all services of the Area Agency on Aging. ADRC staff must become proficient in knowledge about agency and community services that are available to older persons, caregivers and persons with disabilities. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have adequate computer and keyboarding skills to maintain client records.
